FF2 years warranty

Gocycle warrants every new Gocycle bicycle frame against manufacturing and material defects for 2 years (1 year for battery). All original components are guaranteed for a period of 2 years (1 year for the battery) from the date of purchase.

We advise you to keep the box, without its original packaging it will not be possible to carry out warranty assistance.

This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective frame or defective parts. Complaints under this warranty must be sent directly by email to info@wadstore.it. Proof of purchase is required. We advise you to keep the box, as without the original packaging it will not be possible to carry out warranty interventions.

If the original packaging is no longer available, you can purchase a replacement packaging at the price of 100 €.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly or subsequent maintenance or installation of parts or accessories. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect. Modification of the frame or components will void this warranty. Gocycle and Wad Store are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. This guarantee does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
